The Personal Fitness Evaluation (PFE) is a, one time, 45-60 min session where you and the PT discuss your exercise background, health/injuries, your goals, and how the best plan to move forward toward these goals. Then, you will be brought through a brief movement assessment and/or workout regimen that is shaped toward evaluating your movement capabilities.
