Do you know where you stand with your personal fitness goals? Would you like to see more progress or are you curious to know if your fitness routine is helping you achieve your desired results? Between April 21st and May 21st, schedule and complete a Complimentary Personal Fitness Evaluation (PFE) and get 4000 Perkville reward points! *Note: Those who have had a PFE within the last 6 months, do not qualify. The PFE (which includes an InBody Body Composition Test) is a 45-60 min session where you and the PT discuss your exercise background, health/injuries, your goals, and how the best plan to move forward toward these goals. Then, you will be brought through a brief movement assessment and/or workout regimen that is shaped toward evaluating your movement capabilities. The InBody Body Composition Test is a comprehensive bioimpedance test measuring your biometrics such as lean body mass, body fat percentage, and more. To participate, there is no need to redeem the Personal Fitness Evaluation from Perkville. Once you enroll in the Challenge, email alexandria@cambridgeathletic.com to schedule the PFE.

Points will be applied once the PFE has been completed. Please allow between 2 and 5 days, for the points to be added to your account, after the completion of the PFE. If your points were not applied by the end of the Challenge period, please email alexandria@cambridgeathletic.com.
